The Magic Lamp of Aladdin

About the Show

Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie in a fast-moving stage version made for family events.

Aladdin’s adventure begins when Jafar sends him into the Cave of Wonders to find a hidden treasure. Trapped inside, Aladdin discovers an old lamp and meets Genie.

Three wishes suddenly seem capable of solving everything. Aladdin can change his circumstances, impress Princess Jasmine and become the person he thinks he needs to be. The problem is that magic does not make pretending any easier to sustain.

The story follows Aladdin as he learns to be honest about who he is and as his friendship with Genie becomes more important than the wishes themselves.

The production combines acting, comedy, music, dance, costumes and audience interaction. It can be staged with a compact core cast or expanded with dancers and additional characters for larger venues.
