A Circus Dream

About the Show

A circus story about getting a chance, doing the work and earning a place on stage.

Andy wants to become a professional circus performer. When the Tom Show Circus comes to town, a meeting with her old friend Daniel gives her an opportunity to try.

Mr. Tom Show is not interested in enthusiasm alone. Andy has to train, improve and show that she can meet the standard of the circus.

Daniel and acrobats Max and Dominique help her prepare. Their support matters, but the progress still has to come from Andy herself through practice, discipline and persistence.

The final performance brings theatrical storytelling together with circus-inspired movement, acrobatics, dance, comedy and audience interaction. It is a family show about following an ambition without pretending that the hard part can be skipped.
